Michael received Denbo transmission, or full authorization to teach and transmit the Dharma, from David Dae An Rynick, Roshi. Michael is a Senior Zen Priest and is a Lineage Holder in the Japanese Soto tradition, the Soto reform Harada-Yasutani koan curriculum, and the Korean Seon tradition. Mike is a full member of the American Zen Teachers Association. Mike also interned in teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, has a PhD in Education, and is an English teacher in the Newton Public Schools.

Sandra is Morning Star Zen Sangha's Practice Leader. Sandra has been practice leader with Morning Star Zen since 2014. Sandra is also a professor of Philosophy.

David Dae An Rynick Roshi is Boundless Way Zen priest and a Dharma heir to George Bomun Bowman who was sanctioned as a teacher by Zen Master Seung Sahn. David is currently a life and leadership coach, and one of the resident teachers at the Boundless Way Zen Temple in Worcester. James Ford

Reverend James Ishmael Ford, Zeno Myoun, Roshi
Reverend James Ishmael Ford Roshi is the Founding Teacher of the Boundless Way Zen school. James has been a student of Zen for nearly fifty years. He was ordained unsui and received Dharma transmission from the late Houn Jiyu Kennett Roshi, completed koan study within the Harada/Yasutani tradition and received Inka shomei from John Tarrant Roshi and is now a guiding teacher emeritus.
